Sinquefield Cup 2022 – Who is going to win?

So began playing chess at the age of six and quickly developed into a prodigy. By the age of 10, he was the Philippine National Chess Champion in the Under-12 division. He went on to win the Under-14 division the following year.

In 2006, So moved to the United States to attend Webster University on a chess scholarship. He won the U.S. Chess Championship in 2015 and 2016, becoming the first player to win back-to-back titles in over 30 years. In 2017, he defended his title, making him the first player to win three consecutive U.S. Chess Championships since Bobby Fischer.
